Vitality Tom Yam Fish Recipe
This is an easy and healthy recipe for your Thai food quick fix for lunch or dinner. This recipe is suitable if you are on the elimination diet, which excludes gluten, sugar, soy, pork, canola oil, dairy, eggs and any processed food. Our seasoning philosophy is simple: just sea salt and pepper and fresh herbs, allowing the true essence of the food to shine through while maintaining stable blood sugar levels.
To make a Tom Kha version, simply replace the water with coconut milk.
Tom Yam Fish Recipe (gluten free)
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves 2 to 3
Ingredients:
350g Sea Bream
3 Lemon Grass
1 Inch Galangal
1 Tomato
1 Carrot
1 Zucchini
10 Kaffir Lime Leaves (Essential)
3 Shallots
Chilli (Optional)
1L Water
Pinch of Salt
Lemongrass, Galanga, Shallots, Kaffier Lime Leaves, Lime and green chilli padi
Preparation
Step 1
Fill up the wok or pot with 1L water and heat up.
Step 2
Insert lemongrass, galangal, shallots, chilli, kaffir lime leaves and 2 pinches of salt into the warm water. Boil the content for 20 min.
Step 3
Add the sliced bream into the fragrant soup and cook for 8-10 min.
Step 4
Remove the lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves, serve and enjoy.
